How do I make a reservation?

Call 416‑312‑5060, email info.maryamsuites@gmail.com, or send the form below. We'll confirm availability and rates, then send a short agreement to complete with payment details. Once that's done you'll receive your confirmation, receipt and arrival instructions.

Is there a lower rate for longer stays?

Yes. We have two rate categories: 1–6 months, and 6 months or longer.

What are check‑in and check‑out times?

Check‑in is at 3 PM and check‑out is at 11 AM.

What is the cancellation policy?

We need 14 days' notice before your arrival date to cancel without penalty. Later cancellations carry a $500 fee.

How can I pay?
  • Direct deposit or wire transfer
  • Interac e‑Transfer (Canadian residents)
  • Credit card, with the cardholder present at the time of payment

We don't accept personal or certified cheques, bank drafts, or credit card authorizations by phone.
